Business Funding Application

By signing below, the Merchant and each of its owners/principals: (1) certify that all information and documents submitted in connection with this application are true, correct and complete and all such information may be relied upon by Pebble Funding and Recipients (defined below); and (2) authorize Pebble Funding, and each of its agents, partners, successors, assigns, designees as well as third party financial institutions and their funding partners, which includes but is not limited to finance providers with whom Pebble Funding has or may in the future enter into, commercial brokerage-financing relationships (collectively “Recipients”) to investigate Merchant’s and each of its owner’s/principal’s financial, business and personal credit histories, including by obtaining and reviewing credit reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax, and to obtaining other relevant information from other third parties, to verify any information provided with this application; and (3) Merchant authorizes Pebble Funding to transmit this Application, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all of the recipients for the foregoing purposes. You also authorize the release, by any creditor or financial institution and any information relating to you to any recipients; and (4) consent to be contacted via e-mail, call and/or text-message at the e-mail address and/or phone number provided above, or at any e-mail address and/or phone number reasonably identified as belonging to you, including wireless numbers (if applicable), even if listed on a Do-Not-Call registry, using an automated telephone dialing system or other similar system with respect to this application, future-related commercial-financing opportunities and/or other lawful telemarketing purposes.
